We work with you at every step of the way in realizing your design. Some of our offered services include: curating paint and wall treatment options, sourcing furniture and décor (new and/or used), managing subcontractors, decluttering, downsizing, recycling unwanted items, rearranging current furniture and décor, unboxing, and bringing the space together in its final form. ​​​
Property Staging
Rate: $100 / hr *
Do you have a rental property that needs sprucing? Are you selling a home and want to have it photo ready? Let us reimagine your space and attract more interest. We'll work with what you have and supplement with some of our décor or help you choose new layouts, additional furniture pieces, accessories, and paints to complement your space in order to make your investment picture-perfect.

Virtual DIY Transformations
Rate: $150 - $575 / room
Do you like decorating but don't know where to start? Let F+F help you visualize the perfect design. Our virtual service provides you with customized mood boards that include paint colors, wall treatments, furniture, décor, and layouts to-scale. We create and curate these after an in-depth consult and based on the measurements of the space. We will also provide you an itemized list for easy purchasing, allowing you to put it all together on your timeline and wherever you are.
Real Estate Walkthroughs
Rate: $100 / hr *
Looking to purchase a new property? Let F+F join you on your journey and help you visualize the perfect space. We can provide a guiding perspective as we walk through each property, noting for you the often overlooked areas that can be enhanced or used to greater efficiency. We'll also help you keep your needs front-and-center throughout the entire purchase process at which point we can convert any of the spaces to your true vision.

Any project that we do begins with a friendly meet-and-greet, during which we'll learn all about your unique needs and the desired goals of your space.
